1995 Speedster, trailer, new motor, cables, etc in PA.

Long story made short...I bought this boat on a whim last year. Told that the one motor needed the carbs rebuilt. I bought new batteries and fired up both engines in the driveway. Sure enough, one wouldn't rev. I took the airbox off with intentions of removing the carbs for rebuild and never got to it. Had the boat winterized and wrapped for the winter. Unwrapped it this year and just covered it. I guess it will not hit the water under my ownership....

One motor is brand new, not rebuilt. Also has all new cables. I will dig up the receipts and post all the work done, but I remember it was around $4000. I don't think it was ever in the water since the work was done. Boat has alot of money invested and the previous owner gave me the receipts. Trailer is also included in the sale.

I think the boat would be a great deal for someone that wanted to invest a couple hundred dollars to get it running right. Or if yours needs a motor/cables/etc and just part the rest out and come out ahead of the game.

Give me a day or two to dig up the receipts and get some pictures posted.

I am pricing the boat cheaply, because I don't want to waste alot of my time trying to sell it. I will take $2000 for the boat and trailer or $2150 for the boat, trailer and a new Poppy cover. See last post here

I will try to answer any questions to the best of my boating ability, which isn't much!

Ok, I have a receipt totaling $5622 from 10/07. I bought the boat 10/08 and it hasn't seen water. Some of the items replaced: seadoo 650cc engine: $1056, impeller housing: $445, carb rebuild kits: $150, steer cable: $254, renv dr cable: $205, renv ga cable: $205, direct dr cable: $205. There are tons of other items such as new hoses, spark plugs, o-rings, oil seals, thrust bearings, thrust washers, etc.
