1995 Sedoo GTX 657X Rebuilt Carbs Now engine floods with fuel

Anybody know why my choke butterflies don't perfectly line up the mag carb choke flap its about 10 degrees more closed then the pto carb been like this since iv owned it is this an issue?

You typically want the choke butterflies to be perfectly symmetric with each carb. Not sure how to adjust it on your model, though.

i figured it out the little spring between the 2 carbs was positioned wrong

Ok installed genuine mikunni diaphragms now they run much better at stock needle settings but there is still a slight hesitation around 2500-3000 rpm high speed screws are 1/4 turn out witch is what the spec is im guessing slight adjustments of high speed screws in or out Should clear this up?
