Hi Poocool
I also had a 1995 Speedster, great boat.
Revving the engines in the driveway will not tell you much. Put it in the water and try it. Make sure there is no debris in the intake tunnel or the impellers under the boat first.
Both engines should sound exactly the same in fact a 95 Speedster with both engines under power sounds like a twin engine airplane, very nice.
if one engine stumbles or idles rough, its diagnosis time. Try it under power at various RPMs and get back to us. Write down your findings, its hard to remember.. RPM, speed etc.
Id change all 4 spark plugs first and make sure the gas is fresh, old gas will kill your engines. Siphon it out if you have to. You only need 87 octane gas and genuine Sea Doo oil not auto parts store or outboard motor oil.
Good luck !
