how long did it sit with water in the engine?
The problem is... there can be so many things wrong... it may be had to diagnose over the Internet.
1) water in the fuel
2) water in the gray electrical box
3) water int he oil
4) still has water in the engine.
If you physically turned the ski upside-down... there is still water int he engine, since the water would have jut poured into pistons. Take the spark pugs out, and crank it to clear the water. If it has been sitting with water in it... then the crank bearings may be rusted.

well i had thought about doing some of this so i will just take the gas tank out dump it and clean it, i did take the electrical box off last night cause i blew a fuse and it didn't have a drop of water in it, i guess ill take the tanks out and check the oil for water bubbles,and it was parked on bank but sank half way the guy poored oil on the pistons and put plugs bag in and i did crank it until water cleared of pistons ill check tanks and lines and let you know thanks.
i checked gas its good, i drained oil put new in,i checked to see if it sparks on spark plugs and it does, the gas light is on but it has about a half a gallon in it and the battery im using isnt turning it good enough and im not hooking a water hose to it should i put more gas in it get a new battery and hook up water hose?
