1995 battery light stays on

I also have a 1995 gtx seadoo the battery light stays on when riding an I have a new battery. Seems to be charging fine. can anyone help me on this one

How do you know? Have you checked? A good battery can start, and re-start a ski all day, since you have a true MAG ignition. (It doesn't pull power from the battery to run)

thanks Tony, i have 2 other jetskis with new batteries so i switched them around and im still getting the same problem.

It's real easy. Put a meter on the battery. At 5000 RPM, you should see 13.5 to 14.5 volts. If you don't... something is wrong. (Normally the regulator)

The light should go out if you have more than 12.3 volts. (as I recall)
