1994 Seadoo gtx 657

Hi, i have a 1994 seadoo gtx 657

I was out on the water riding and it just died on me and couldnt get it started again, i checked back on land and i have no spark, does anyone know what could cause this? Maybe a bad mpem? I have recently replaced the ignition coil and leads and plug boots, it still turns over fine just doesnt start as it has no spark?

It’s possible that it’s the MPEM. Was the ski jump started at some point?

Not that i know of, i have only owned the ski a year, do you know what wires to check to see if it has the right amount of ohms? To see if its blown or not? Thanks

Go through the checklist here first. It’s a sticky in the boat section, but almost all of it applies to the skis too.
