1994 gtx Crankshaft wont turn by hand

I have a 1994 that sat for the winter in Fl and filled partial up with water. Before trying to start I tried to turn the shaft and it feels like it is siezed, is there any way to loosen it or do I have to pull the motor apart and if I do what then? Any ideas would be great

Kevin first take the jet pump off to see if its locked up you might just need a jet pump rebuild kit, mine was the same way i thought the motor was frozen ended up being the pump so check it first Good luck!

If there was water in the engine... it's done. It only takes a day or two with water in it, to destroy the engine.

Since you are in FL... Salt water will kill it quicker.
