1993 SeadooGPX, high pitched whine with vibration

Help - have a high pitched whine with vibration on front casing on my 1993 GPX Seadoo, 3 seater. I was stranded on the lake yesterday. The engine was rebuilt about 8 years ago. Also. does anyone know if the outpost driveshaft at rear engine turns at the same speed as the engine crankshaft or is there a clutch. I am not mechanically inclined but I have a nephew who is. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. DF

You have a one-to-one ratio, it is direct drive. My guess is your Jetpump bearing
is the whiner, but if I'm wrong and you front engine seal is bad, you would be
experiencing a very bad performance issue, which you did not state.
