1993 sea doo xp rear pump removal??? Help

Ok I have a 1993 Sea Doo XP, figured out my problem is the bearings in the pump have seized on my drive shaft and therefore that is preventing the flywheel or impeller from spinning.

My question is, can anyone give me some advise how to remove the pump from the rear of the boat, I disconnected the pipes from the hull and now do I have to make a puller tool to tighten and slowly remove it from the hull? do I need to remove anything else to allow the pump to pull off - it is harder than hell to remove, super tight and I have removed the bolts and having a hard time pulling it off.

Any advice would be helpful, do I need to go under the boat near the grill or should I be able to pull the pump off the rear with the drive shaft attached and then remove the drive shaft? A local repair shop told me if I remove the pump and bring it in they will replace the bearings and I reinstall.

Please help, hope to remove it today (Sunday)

Those older pumps are siliconed into the pump support plates and can be impossible to get out without a pump puller tool.
To make a tool find a piece of 2x4 and some long 8mm bolts or alltread and place the lomg bolts into the jetpump where the two of the four bolts were holding the nozzel onto the jetpump housing before you removed both nozzels. Drill holes into the two by four ainline with the two nozzel bolt holes on the jetopump ( use the nozzel as a templet to drill your holes in the 2x4 )
Now you have a pump puller. If you tighten the two nuts or the two bolts, it will put strain onto the jetpump and pull it back out for you. Do not forget th three hoses attached to the jetpump inside of the hull, they need to come off before you can pull the pump from the hull.

Do you know what a harmonic balancer puller looks like? Or a pulley puller looks like? Your basically making one of those but out of a 2x4. Here is a link to what one looks like. Just use this as a guide to making your pump puller.
