Bought from original owner his son was on it when the yellow 587 engine blew. Bought it after it happened and sat covered up in the shed then got started mechanical restoration then stopped. Bilge cleaned, fuel lines, tank cleaned, later fuel pick up, cleaned tank, white 587 motor and electronics, and rebuilt jet pump.

Engine test fitted and mount for the white 587 motor computer fitted and riveted on.

Cann I ask what you had to pay for it? Did it come with a trailer? I bought a 93 SP last fall and rebuilt it over the winter. Had it out yesterday for the first time, ran quite well. With mine, the body was not as good as yours, lost of sun damage but still a good runner.

i would love to get a old one like this to redo over the winter and use it has a friend ski so when people come over. what did you pay for yours phil?

Cann I ask what you had to pay for it? Did it come with a trailer?

Paid about $200-$300 and trade. Came with galvanized trailer and cover. The original owner always kept it covered up when not in use.

I paid $200 with the trailer. Mine sat outside with a cover and fortunately, in heavy shade for 5 years....I went thru pretty much the whole unit and painted the trailer.
