1989 seadoo sp spark plugs are white

I have a 1989 seadoo sp when I first started it this year it kept fouling the plugs..The plugs were black and wet..So I removed all the fuel out of the tank and replaced with new . That seemed to get the thing running .. But it would not idle .. So I turned a few screws on the carburetor and now it runs .. The problem is that I had it out on the lake last week and rode it for about an hour or so .. It ran but I had to slowly push the throttle or it would bog down.. The ski will go top speed. when I was done I pulled the plugs out and they are white. Any info or suggestions will be most helpful thank josh

You're running your engine too lean. If you do this any longer, you may melt a piston. Turn out the screws about 1/8th of a turn (especially the high speed screws) That should fix the problem. Your plugs should be light black/dark brownish in colour when its running well.

There is not a high speed screw at least I don’t think. I see an idle screw and a low speed mixing screw... I turned the low speed screw all the way tight then backed it off 1 ¾ turns... And tried playing with the idle screw. Can’t get it right. I know I have to sync the oil to the throttle but how do I know the right settings. There is a jam nut for both fuel and oil.
