Pretty cool. I wish there where more pictures. There was a thread like this last year too, but I think it was a 1968 maybe? imagine the looks this got back in the day!

EDIT: I wonder if its really a 1965? maybe some sort of prototype? Seems they were made from 1968-1970, based on my quick searching. I am sure no historian thats for sure

They were 18hp, single 2 stroke based off a sled engine. That's not worth $500, you can buy them complete for that much. They were not made in 65

Yup what racer said. They started in 68 and by mid 69 they were recalled due to explosions due to venting. I hope to get to ride one next year at the dells, this is as close as I got this year.

Looks like there were different hull styles? some are smooth, some look recessed? (on the top where the hood would be)
