07 GTIi 155 SE

kinda looking at a 07 GTI 155 SE with 26 hrs on it. is there anything to be concerned about with so little hours for an 07? I know there can be with a 2 stroke but dont know about the 4 strokes.

Not really an issue, and if it is a Northern Ski, low hours are not uncommon. The 04 to 06 engines had some concerns so you are safe there.

I would drain and replace all liquids, disconnect the main wires of the battery, solenoid, starter and grounds. Wire brush them, put dielectric grease on them and put it back together.

Then take it for a ride. Look in the hull for water or oil and what not.

Then report back...

The 04 to 06 engines had some concerns so you are safe there.

Thanks for the reply, i made the call and the ski is sold already. what kind of concerns on the 04-06? i may look into buying a new one. i will keep ya posted on whatever i buy.
