lost power and rpms first time out this year- after reading posts here checked s.c.- lost ceramic washer so need to clean oil screens and find whats left of the washers /where they went- is this hard to do w/ motor still in pwc? I've read here that I will need to pull the pump/impeller to remove motor and alignment tools to re-install the motor/Advice is appreciated- local shops not really interested in helping w/s.c. already off the motor.

Yikes, those washers can do a lot of damage to your engine -most of which can't be addressed while it's still in your ski. If you can piece together a complete washer, if I were you I'd rebuild the supercharger and see how it runs. If you can't find all of the washer (which is probably the case), you'll probably need to pull your engine and rebuild it, which is not trivial and is costly.

The engine really has to come out. It is a pretty major tear down to clean all the areas the ceramic and the ceramic dust can be...

The forum does SC rebuilds for $450 with one day service and they use NEW Seadoo parts and install the update kit. In my opinion, that is the best way to go.
