04 Seadoo GTX wont start

2004 GTX Supercharged had a low battery and we jumped it. I now know not to do that!! Replaced the battery and still wont start. The starter is trying but just wont fire up. Checked fuses and they all look good. Any suggestions? thanks

Starter is turning over, we have spark at the plugs. Fuel problem?? Is there a fuse for the injectors or something I am missing. thanks

how did you jump it? you probably fried the ECM if you jumped it improperly.

We used the other seadoo but that didnt work, so we used a car battery. I now know not to do that anymore. Is there anyway to know for sure its the ECM? thanks

was it just a car battery seperate? or in the car still with car running? if it was a car battery seperatly then the ECM should be OK. If the car was running thats a diff. story. im not sure how to test. hopefully some1 chimes in on that.
