sleeve it or bore it?

04 rxp dropped a valve and now im rebuilding. Question is, do I bore the cylinders .5mm over and go to new pistons or resleeve the damaged one?

04 rxp dropped a valve and now im rebuilding. Question is, do I bore the cylinders .5mm over and go to new pistons or resleeve the damaged one?

I had this happen to my Porsche C4S, unfortunately, there is no sleeve and the cylinder was part of the block...so rebore all or new block. I don't think it would be worth it to rebore all of the cylinders if you can easily resleeve and be done with it.
