03 GTX 4 tec no start 3 short beeps

Hey every one. I picked up a GTX basket case for $150. It has 100 hours on the clock. Motor was blown. I got it from a dealer that was going out of business. They had torn it down to inspect it. Apparently the cust never picked it up. It had been sitting out side for a few years. So the paint is not that great. I picked up a good used motor, and pieced this thing all back together. The guages come on, and then it starts beeping. 3 short beeps every 10 seconds or so. I cant find anything in the shop manual to tell me what the 3 short beeps means. Can anyone help me out here?

it's telling you that you left the lanyard on, normal.

LOL, thanks that helps. Ive never ran one of these so I had no idea. Now I just have to figure out why its not turning over.
