02 GTX DI engine swap fuel rail issues

Hi all, new to forum . Bought winter project, 2002 gtx di with bad cyl came with 2004 di low hr long block / no injection parts ( was told came out of 04 and seems to match what block stamp shows ) My problem is,
the cyl heads are different the bolt holes for fuel rail don't line up on 04 head using org 2002 rail. They seem to be 1/8 inch off . I'm told they changed heads in 02 at some point , org engine has cast water inlet port and 04 has screw in Is there a specific fuel rail part # for the 04 I should be looking for ? org rail looks to be a 275 500 510 ( scratch marring last 3 # ) I have had 3 carb sea doo's ,this is my first journey into fuel injected. Any help will be appreciated

I am too lazy to do the legwork but multiple sites exist where you can plug in your year and see part numbers for various components. Comparing 2004 vs 2002 should give you an answer. Note the only 2004 DI model listed on www.seadoowarehouse.com is the XP.
