02 GTX 4Tec question

Have an 02 GTX 4tec that will turn over and idle but as soon as I give it any gas at all it dies. I am not very knowledgable in 4 strokes so any advice would be great! Thanks

Fuel pump clogged, fuel filters? My 03 did this once and it was a gummed up fuel pump
