01 Utopia oil pump went! can I switch to mix?

I am looking at a 01 Utopia that has been in storage for 3 years-wrapped. Asking $4500- I found the oil pump went south and it was converted to mix to get it going-

So- can this be a viable fix? How much to replace the original pump?

I'm not sure the price on the pump, but check with places like Crowley Marine and see what they go for. If you decide to premix it is going to be expensive and you will go through spark plugs a lot faster as well as kill mosquitos at idle.

The Mercury runs at a 100:1 at idle and I believe 40-50:1 at full throttle, so with premix it is going to be running really rich. If it was me I would replace the pump.
