01 gtxdi conversion to finger throttle

Hey guys, needing to know if anyone has converted a 01 DI to finger throttle? my girlfriend is not liking the thumb throttle, I have looked at some of the billet levers but the ones I have found are for carbureted models,,
any help appreciated almost time to start riding again,,,cant wait, new pumps, wear rings and props,,, hoping to get some better performance this year,

AS far as I know, the Di one still just pulls a cable. So I don't see why it wouldn't work.
