01 gtx runs then dies

Hi, New to the forum. Great site. I have an '01 GTX that will die when riding in rough water, waves, etc. It will fire back up again immediately but then usually does it again. I replaced the ignition post where the lanyard attaches as my 01 RX did the same thing and that fixed it. Any suggestions?

Grey Fuel Lines ?

Do you still have the grey fuel lines?

Yes, the seadoo is completely stock.

I don't think it's fuel related. When riding it, it seems like the plug wires (or coil if you're into cars) is being pulled. It shuts down with no kind of sputter or hiccup at all. I'm leaning toward ignition/spark. Thoughts?
