Hey guys just wondering, what can i do to get my new front bumper on ? I was hitting waves and broke off the front bumper. I ordered a new one but the fiber glass holes for the rivets are torn and i wont be able to put bolts through a few of them...

So i went ahead and swapped the 5 pin stator into my new motor along with the flywheel.....

I have a blown 657 with a 5pin in my seadoo xp. I just got another motor its a 657x with a 4 pin stator can i swap the 5 pin stator in that motor ?

All the other bearings are fine just the 2 on the flywheel side

Anyway of getting this bearing sleeve off, the bearings came out in pieces when I separated the case ?

Just gotta get the inner bearing sleeve off and I can pop the new ones on and the crank will be back into working order

well did a compression test and got 120 on mag side and 110 on the other , no wonder it was a b**tch to start haha

Looks like someone put the 657x cover on a 657 motor causing detonation .I never noticed, thought it was the 657x cause of the b38i carbs fml. But I found a guy selling a good 657x for 600$

ya im gonna tear it down and do a full rebuild. obviously the cylinder pressure/fuel must of leaked down to the crank to cause this to happen , explains the hard starts and bogging i was having . I bet compression is shot in one of the cylinders causing all the headaches ive been having

Well just my luck I got my new solinoid in and when out on the 94 xp and it backfired through the flywheel cover and blew part of the gasket out now it wont start ? It over heated when it happened and I noticed the large line on the exhaust was blown off fml !!
