1999 gsx rfi front bumber

Hey guys just wondering, what can i do to get my new front bumper on ? I was hitting waves and broke off the front bumper. I ordered a new one but the fiber glass holes for the rivets are torn and i wont be able to put bolts through a few of them...

Repair holes with fiberglass. Drill new holes put in new rivets. Doesn’t matter what the repair looks like you’re going to cover it up with a bumper.
