Its in the flywheel cover. I dont know the procedure but in theory if its functional you should see a voltage spike going into the ignition coil. For my 787 its the white wire.
I purchased a 1997 gtx 787 without spark. Ive cleaned all the connections in the rear electrical box and changed the fuse but to be honest I can't guarante they are perfect (hard to get into the little connectors). I was getting two beeps initially but its since stopped (I think the beeper...
I wish I could help but I'm not versed well enough with electrical. I would recommend finding a manual. That at the very least would be able to tell you what the beeps mean.
Betty, Sheila and a new addition Veronica.... I might be a little to attached to my craft.... you could put a smaller name on the side? More like a signature rather than a name tag?
I recently picked up a 97 gtx with a busted reverse gate. More specifically the bracket that holds the gate has been torn off. Is this possible to do if you applied throttle while it was down? I haven't owned a ski with reverse.
Has anyone used a battery quick connect? Im looking to make battery removal easier and so I'm less likely to lose a little screw. I'm wondering if they might come undone with the vibrations or if they limit the voltage at all? Any insight or recommendations would be appreciated.
