XP top end redone need help

gents and ladys heres the deal ,,,I redid my whole top end on my 97 XP as I was showing real low compression test #'s ... now the jetski flies around 60////65 on speedo I have 2 questions 1st is my gas gauge is not registering???? any help where too look.... my 2nd question is.... when my daughter is on it she isn't as hard throttle,,,ed as I am the jetski stalls out??? almost as if she might of flooded it just putin around 20 mph<<< and then its a b****to get it goin again?? any help here also would be greatly app......:cheers:

Man I go to Mass. several time a year on business. I really feel for people there and Conn. The taxes are incredible.

Anyway...Pull the plug on the fuel baffle and ohm it out.
If no reading, then in the "How To" section of this web site is a great fix for the internal blown fuse.
If have a reading then pull the baffle and check the float. It is either full of gas and needs replacing, or it is fibrous material and the magnet has fallen off.
Either way you will need a float. E-bay has a float upgrade for $18.00.

As far as your daughter...tell Her to ride like she stole it :lols:
