this is a handlebar pad cover for x4 hulls
great for going over your old moldy oem pad
this cover is similar to the blacktip neoprene cover, except this is made out of marine vinyl
it covers the oem pad and zips up at the back, its a nice tight fit
i've only seen these on ebay under "93-96 SEADOO XP-SPX-SPI *BLACK* JETSKI BAR PAD COVER!" for 80dollars plus shipping
