2000 speedester wont start cleaned injectors(took them out) have spark but no fuel.Does the senor under the flywheel control the pulse of the injectors? I see the linkage moves this senor for mybe to advance the timing?The magnets in the flywheel are broke would this keep it from starting?Thanks(its a 240 efi )
