So my brother gave me his 2008 Sea-Doo RXT 255. He had bought it used and it would run awhile then stop. He took into the shop and they cut the wiring and pulled the supercharger off, etc. The supercharger was 100% but the timing cover had a crack where the supercharger enters and engages the timing gears. I removed the engine and pulled the primary and and secondary oil pumps and then flushed the entire oil pan by pouring clean unused oil through it just to make sure it was clean (it was). I bought a clean (fresh water) cover and rebuild kit. I will reuse the stator but do not know how to tell which wires go where since they were cut (no quick connects) and hard wired. Any help would be great. Note the stator is still in the old cover in the photos.

So I can just splice back and not worry if a goes to a, b to b and c to c if you know what I am trying to say

I think he was asking if it makes a difference how the three yellow wires connect to the regulator, and I’m not sure.

From what have found it doesn’t matter where the three yellows connect to the regulator/rectifier, just yellow to any yellow.
