Wire tie anchors

Anyone know where to get wire tie anchors that can be glued down? And, what kind of glue to use to anchor them?

Trying to tie the wiring back up in my kawasaki ski and it was originally hooked to self adhesive stick down cable anchors. Those have all long since come loose. I cleaned up the hull and anchors and attempted to glue them back down with Loctite Powergrab but there is nothing for the glue to hold to and they just pull back off.

Tried cleaning the hull again and using the self adhesive style but as soon as the fumes and heat hit them they just come right back off.

Try Graingers https://www.grainger.com/Grainger/wwg/start.shtml or a telecon install dealer/supply. 2 part expoxy like the original. JB Weld? Do clean/ruff up the hull.
