winterizing my 2004 Seadoo 4 tec GTX

Guys I want to learn how to winterize my unit. I know it is a little early, but it will be time soon. Can someone tell me how difficult or the steps require to do so. I owned a Jetski 15 years ago, so I need a refresher on what to do, not the most mechanically handy guy, but willing to learn.

Also does anyone know a parts dealer in Toronto or preferably Etobicoke, Ontario.
