Winterizing Bombardier Speedster boat

I've been told I can winterize my boat myself instead of paying to have it done. It's a 16' boat with 240 hp engine. I put stabilizer in the gas and ran it into the engine and dry ran it to blow any water out of the engine. What else do I need to do ?? Appreciate any tips you might have.
