Winterizing 96 Sportster

I have a 96 2 cylinder sportster and wanted to get detailed instructions on how to winterize it.

I am used to a simple outboard 35hp.

My jetboat does NOT have an oil injector anymore, it is a dripping tank with amsoil full in it.

Ideally I would like something with pictures. I want to be careful and not miss a step at all.

I am trying to determine if I can do this or must go to a dealer.
