Looking to do this for the first time... wondering if anyone can give me any tips on doing this. My major concern is finding the right tube to drop the antifreeze (straight up antifreeze too right? no mix) into. The fogging seems pretty easy. Was wondering if anyone actually takes the plugs out and spray's oil into the cylinder, and if so, do you use the same synth oil as your engine runs on? THanks!

Only part I can help with is the fogging oil - My 2009 Challenger 255 SE calls for BRP XPS lubricant. It is available from a dealer. It looks like the sprayable white lithium grease, which you could substitute if you want to save money. Yes I did the plug removal trick and it was easy enough. I didn't remove the fuel rail to fog the valves but I used the lazy man's trick of spraying the XPS in the intake with the motor running and the breather off (before doing the plug thing). One wonders if this wouldn't be good enough without also fogging the cylinders with plugs removed.

I can't help you with the antifreeze instructions as my manual and model does not call for it.

I forgot to ask - What year is your Challenger? The intercooler and winterizing methods are different for different years. There is a 2006 manual posted for premium members that contains the instructions for both the 2006 Sportster and Challenger including the antifreeze thing for the water lines for the intercooler and exhaust manifolds lines. My 2009 intercooler is higher up and self draining.

Its actually a 2005 seadoo 3D RFI. Does anyone have any experience with putting Anti-freeze in the cooling system? It is a open loop cooling system on these 2 cylinder 787cc engines. I'm just trying to pick up all the supplies I will need to do this, as I said before, this will be my first time doing in myself. Thanks to all who reply!

I guess i should also mention that it is only been in fresh water and will be stored in my garage, not outside. That being said, it is limited to the elements that it will be in, is the anti freeze part necessary?
