This question popped into my head. I wasnt sure where to post it so I decided to start a new thread.

Anyways I'm looking at buying a '99 challenger. I love the look of the trick wind deflectors infront of the two buckets but do they actually deflect the wind? Is sitting in a challenger like being in a wind tunnel?

Thanks you for reading and yes, you may have lost a few brain cells reading this question :stupid:

G'Day tinkoo,
Yes they do work if you duck down beneath the level, but sitting in the seats upright they dont stop the wind in the face.
Took the boat out in the rain the other day, cant say i enjoyed rain hitting my face at 53mph, ouch.:stupid:
They do stop most of the wind getting to your body.

:agree: They do look pretty cool but don't give you much protection, unless you scoot down behind them.
