will 97 xp sponsons fit a spx

Does anyone know if the sponsons from a 97 on xp fit on my spx800?

Sorry, they will not fit. The sponsons on the XP are $70 bucks a piece. The sponsons for the SPX are $44 and $49.

The part numbers are different also. So no, they will not match up.:cheers:

They are hard things to find here in Australia. I Chasing an aftermarket set though the stock one a hopeless
