Recently picked up a 1989 and 1990 seadoo SP 583. I’m trying to figure out which way they need to be rolled over if they are rolled upside down when on water? I’ve been told doing so the wrong way can cause damage

One of the jet skis has this sticker but it’s readable when the ski is right side up which makes me question which way to roll the ski when upside down? Other ski doesn’t have any roll over stickers

Just like the sticker shows, counterclockwise.
On the later models they started putting that sticker on the lower hull upside down so it was right side up when upside down but still counterclockwise.

Basically you want the Carburetors to rise up first, so they don't ingest Water...

If no Sticker, use a Sharpie to mark the Transom Side that needs to go up first.

It is also the shape of the exhaust pipe as you want that to be the low point so it doesn't circle water back into the cylinders, like a snail shell.
