Where to buy the best stator?

I have a 1991gt that has been sitting for 15 years. I replaced the battery and put some oil in the cylinders. It was hard to turn over at first the it would try to run but not start. Then it the starter would click but not turn over try it several more times then it would turn over but not start. Pulled plugs motor turns over fine fuel and oil come out of cylinders. Checked spark has very small spark battery fails completely and will not charge. Hooked up to my truck battery still hard to turn over now no spark. Going to change stator to see if that fixes it but don’t know where other than eBay to buy one. I will buy an eBay one if they are good but wanted somebody’s opinion. Does anybody else have any suggestions of what I should do to get the ski running again? Thanks

If it hasn't started it's not going to charge. If pull the starter and clean that up first before I spent a dime. Clean all the grounds etc....

I will try and clean it up first. Thanks. I had tried to charge the battery with a battery charger but it will not take a charge I left it on for 48 hours and still no charge so I will probably have to get another new one.
