Where do these wires connect?

Hello everyone! First post here as I recently bought a 1998 Seadoo Speedster. The boat didn't start at first but I figured that might be because of the broken oil pressure switches. I've changed those out and in the process found some loose wiring (one of the ends seems broken as well). Does anyone know what these wires are for and how I go about connecting them? Thank a ton!

Often red wires with fuses will go to the positive battery post. These may power stereo? Lights? Some add on? Find out what doesn't work and those likely power it.

Super rad boat, twin rotax engines?
Good luck!

Yes, twin rotax! Super excited to get it out there. Now that you mention it, the sleeve has come off one of the wires which I can only assume is the black one. I'll give that a try tomorrow see what happens.

I haven't tried turning the engines since I bought it and I thought those wires might have smth to do with why it didn't start in the first place.

Will update tomorrow. If it doesn't start I'll probably have a ton more questions :)

Thanks!

Sick! I have operating knowledge but as far as the mechanical aspect goes I figured I’ll learn as I go.

Do you do most of the work on it yourself?

Besides the more basic maintenance like plugs and wear ring, anything I should be keeping an eye on?

Cheers!
