What size bolt?

I need to replace my ground cable on my '96 GSX. The bolt on the bottom of the engine is too hard to reach, so I was going to use this unused bolt hole. Anyone know what size thread bold I would need?

Probably 8mm, I think 1.25mm pitch but I'm not certain. I have a big stash so I don't have to check very often.

turned out to be 10mm X 1.5.

Oh I see where he is now. Yea I sure wouldn't put the ground in the place. Starter is the place to go.

I have a 99 gsx rfi and looks like they put my ground cable on the engine case. Is this not correct do I need to move it to the starter
