What part #- 96 xp

I just got s 96 xp and on the top of the motor there are two black covers, both have one "pin" that locks it down. Long story short with the help of my 4 year old I need a new "pin" or "hinge " or whatever it is that holds the black cap. Can anyone tell me the part number, and how much it is? Thanks,

are ya talking about the round caps?
thet are the r.a.v.e valve caps
the clip # is 420 838 083 goes for about 7-8 bucks

yes there are two black round caps on top of the engine each have there own clip that holds them on. Thank you

with you patiently waiting for the new "clips", remove the allen bolts, and rave bodies, for cleaning. With no wire wheel, you can tackle them with a razor and carb cleaner?
