Hi everybody.
I have dilemma with one hole that is on Starboard engine only. Its located on left hand side right beside carb. (As shown in pic.) . When I run my engine it spits oil right out through that hole. If I close this hole with my finger I can feel air being blown out from it and I can hear engine changing the way it sounds. I am really not sure what to do with it. Right now it has hose connection pin installed in this hole. I am afraid to seal it. The funny thing is the fact that this hole does not exist on PTO engine. Attached pic. is not from my engine but it does show same hole there. Any help would be appreciated. Engine is 787 rotax and boat is 1997 seadoo challenger

two diff engines

some 787s have the counter balance hole so you can add oil. Others came sealed from factory. looks like someone forgot to put the plug back in yours.

What hole are you talking about? Please post a much bigger picture & circle the hole.

glenwhitt,
The counter balance oil hole is on the other side of the engine and is not visible in the picture.
