What have you found in the bottom of a hull?

I'm with Dan, I always find the socket I dropped the previous time I worked on the ski. Not in the bottom of my ski, but I mentioned in another post that I was removing the wiper assembly on my F150 pickup the other day and laid the ratchet down and it slid down inside the fender. I couldn't believe it.

haven't found anything thus far, but i do know what i've lost lol. 1 nut, bolt, washer some zip ties that were cut and probably a few other little things.

A clue that one of my oil hoses is leaking: I found a big dark puddle of oil. 2 seconds later I realized that my injection hose has completely disintegrated :o

YEH!! After doing an engine change all by myself .I found about 1/2 a pound of skin off my knuckles and 1/2 a gallon of blood.

the previous owners coach watch. worth about 400. if i knew now what i did then i would have pawned it for parts lol. i returned it to her though :(

(i found out this works for me when i drop stuff in the hull. raise your seadoo on an incline and grab a hose and fill hull and wait for Christmas to come, you get most of your stuff back)

Dude, Christmas is like 6 months away. I want my stuff back now!

A week into jet ski ownership I had to put new exhaust manifold bolts into my 99 GTX, while I was doing that I saw one laying in the hull and I felt around under the block and found, two complete sets of exhaust manifold bolts of which none had any evidence of thread locker. I kept feeling around and found many more assorted nuts and bolts, zip ties, remnants of the old oil injection system long since disconnected... So, in the scavenger hunt mood I pulled the seat off my 97 and I found a big flat rock under the block. I kid you not, about the size of your hand! I snapped a picture of it and sent it to the former owner and asked him if he'd like it back. Other than the rock, the 97 was very clean, I guess that means I got a good ski, or he had just cleaned it out.

Bought a boat once and a year or so after owning her I had to do some deep engine work and at the bottom of the bilge under the engine I found a full can of Falstaff beer. I was tempted to chill it down and try it but since I have not seen Falstaff in at least 25 years I chickened out and now just keep the full can on a shelf in my shop as a reminder.

Got a nice steep drive way, I just roll down it and lock up the brakes, Kinda like pulling the arm on a slot machine.
(p.s. Make sure boat is tied down first!)

Was cleaning oil out of the hull this past week and found what was left of one of the old tank straps that I failed to retrieve when I replaced them. I had forgotten there was one that got away from me. It was all the way back behind the exhaust hose by the drain.

I've found nuts washers bolts beer caps wing nuts broken zip ties deteriorated RV oil spigot line pieces fuses a high school class ring and a golf ball.

A GOLF BALL???
Walking around somewhere is a poor old golf that must have jumped a really big wave and came down, really hard. The poor thing
