What happened to cylinder #2?

Hi,

So I pulled my spark plugs on my 2016 Spark HO (I'm original owner) and see this (I stuck an inspection camera down the plug holes). It looks like the valves impacted the cylinder on #2? You can see the difference in the plugs too. My family took it out on the last trip and didn't report any issues but I don't know they would notice a change in sound/speed for sure. I only checked down the cylinders as I was getting ready to take it out and noticed it was low on oil and saw no leaks around the engine itself.

Cylinders 1 and 3 look okay to me (see two pics below):

So - in poking around at other videos I found on YouTube maybe I'm totally wrong with this and Cyl #2 is OK??? But I'm totally puzzled why the last two pictures (cyl 1 and 3) don't have the cut outs for the valves like I could clearly see in the cyl 2 pics at top?

Any ideas?

Because when you took the picture cylinder 2 piston was at the bottom of the cylinder and 1 and 3 we're higher up. When you put the camera in the cylinder 1 and 3 three lense if the camera wasn't wide enough to get the outer edges of the piston.
