i have a sportster but not sure what engine it has
oh and can i ask what the HP is on this engine

That is a rotax! Just kidding it may be a 657X or a 717. I looks just like my boat and stock engine. Mine is a 657x but I do beleive that a 717 looks the same. You can tell what size it is by the front of the engine it will tell you what size on the top of the mag cover. I do not beleive that you would notice any difference in the hp between the 2 in my opinion. Good luck Robin :cheers:
