Got 2 seadoo xps 96 models. They both run great. But 1 will level at at woot and fly good. The other one is more bumpy. They both rev fine and sound good. But one is more bounce before leveling. Both have trim in middle.

You might try checking your wear ring or impellar. I have 2 97 XP's and I had the same issue. Wear ring was the issue.

Ya it has a brand new wear ring. But its one from sbt not oem. And prop does have some dinos in it but nothing bad. I am about to order a new prop n put a oem wear ring in instead.

I used my gps today and I was getting about 52 -54 mph on both skis in semi chopy water. The lake was full of ppl.

Do both skis have the same grate? Anything aftermarket?

Everything stock on both skis.

i'd say its that sbt ring. i go oem where ever i can on my personal stuff, and tell the other people who bring their ski's to me to do the same thing( go oem). when it comes down to it the engineer did things for a reason, they designed them the way they are for a reason. unless your updateing out-dated tech, you can't out engineer, the engineer.

thanks when i pull the impellor out to change i will be putting in a oem wear ring as well.
