One engine wouldn't budge after sitting for the winter. Locked up. I pulled the NEW (last year) starter off and its rusted and stuck. I put a camera into the starter hole and see lots of moisture on the flywheel....I turn it about 1/2 way and it's even worse.
As far as I can see there are no water jackets around there.
Any thoughts appreciated.
