I had water in the motor before and the rave valev were full of grey wet gunk and water

I cleaned out the rave valves and the fuel pump diafram that was full of water put in new spark plugs

I conected it with a water hose at home few times and rode it for about 1 hour on the lake

Now wen i opened my carbs i saw moisture in the venturi and spark plugs had water and gunk on them and the carb diafram has a bit of water in it
What could cause for water to go inside of the engine ??

I never fliped it or drowned i do have a bit of water in the hull after riding a bit but i thouvht it came from the water going over the front cover and leaking into the hull

Well, if you didn’t ingest Water through the carbs from flooding the engine compartment or a leaking headpipe then that leaves only a blown head gasket.

How hard is it to change the head gasket and how bad if i dont change it this season ?

You need to see if that’s it. If there is no water in your hull and the headpipe isn’t leaking that leaves the head gasket.

You have to do it now if that’s the issue. You can’t let Water get into the engine and if there is water sitting in the engine your 951 is all but dead. It will throw a rod in a short amount of time.

If im redoing the head gasket shud i do the whole engine rebuild too then?

Just fix the problem and anything else you see that is questionable along the way. If it is not broken.... don't fix it. :)
