Water won't pump out of hull

97 GTX water is not pumping out of hull. Where should I look for problem?

Check to see if the bailers (on either side of the drive shaft) are free of debris.

Chester, ive kinda got a similar problem, are the bailers the small plastic pieces (aprox 2"x2") on the bottom of the hull in the (2) trench like area in the bottom of the hull? If so, there is small metal brackets, almost like a Hold-down, on each one, holding it face down in the hull. i was cleaning my engine bay yesterday and noticed the pop rivets that hold the one side of the clip down are both corroded off. Any suggestions?
