Water Temp Gauge

I have a GTX 150.
The water temp is stuck at 99F on the screen. Is this a problem // how can I fix it? Which part of the ski gauge the water temp?

Depends on the ride!! Most it is part of the paddle wheel for the speedo. Some it's inside the ibr module
